This delightful studio sleeps 2 + 3 and is located in the beautiful complex of “Bella Vista Avenida” with communal swimming pools and well-kept gardens. With an incredibly central location, the apartment is walking distance to all amenities and is perfect for a couple or friends looking for a coastal city escape.

The cosy and compact studio is located on the first floor, and is fully equipped with an entrance hall, bathroom, living area with comfortable sofa beds, dining area and open plan kitchenette. There is also a covered balcony with lovely views of the complex, city and ocean in the distance, where you can enjoy a meal and a glass of wine while taking in the surroundings.

In this beautiful complex you can find a large outdoor swimming pool and a smaller swimming pool for children.

Public parking is available outside and around the apartment building. Car hire is not necessary/needed however if you want to hire a car, we can help you.

This lovely studio benefits from an excellent location in Albufeira and is just a few minutes’ walk from a shopping centre, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and bars, and about a 15-minute walk from beautiful sandy beaches.

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .


Standard deposit: €200 | Group deposit: €120 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
