Villa located in the quiet area of Montes de Alvor, just outside the picturesque town of Alvor (a 5-minute drive away). With a convenient location close to all amenities, this fantastic 4-bedroom villa, with free Wi-Fi, a private heatable swimming pool and spacious garden is an excellent choice for a family holiday in the Algarve sun.

The property has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wonderfully spacious living / dining area, with comfortable seating, TV, and a large dining table with ample room for the whole family. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space to prepare meals and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishes & utensils, dishwasher and TV, as well as an additional dining table with 6 chairs. On the lower floor you can enjoy the games room, playing snooker and table tennis with family and friends.

Outside, the garden and private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invite you to swim, lounge and enjoy the sunshine!

This wonderful villa is ideal for couples or families and benefits from being a short drive from everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - beautiful sandy beaches (Alvor beach being the closest), water-sports, excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks and golf. The town of Alvor is just a 5-minute drive away and lively Portimão is within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 (paid by credit card only) | Groups are not accepted.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €252 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.


According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
