Unique 3-bedroom luxury property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of the Albufeira Marina. Only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" or "São Rafael", this contemporary holiday home includes a private heatable swimming pool and stunning views over the marina that you won’t want to miss out on!

The property has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (both with en-suite bathrooms) on the first floor, and 1 twin bedroom with a separate bathroom on the ground floor.

The quirky, colourful kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. The living / dining room is bright and spacious and invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofas and gaze out over the swimming pool and marina through floor to ceiling windows.

Outside, a wonderful patio invites you to relax and enjoy meals al fresco alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) with a spectacular view of the marina. A brick BBQ allows for outdoor summer grilling and snooker, ping-pong and table football are available for additional entertainment on long summer days.

The villa is set in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Standard deposit: €350 | Group deposit: €150 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €210 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
