Wonderful holiday property with a private pool, located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera but just a short drive from all amenities.

This beautiful villa sleeps 8+1 people and has 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and another with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds). There are also 3 bathrooms: one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor (one en-suite).

The living room is bright and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is also direct access to the BBQ and outside dining area.

Outside you’ll find the inviting pool area with a heatable pool (heating as an optional extra), well kept gardens and peaceful views, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The property is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra and just a short drive from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. The local market is located just a 10 minute drive away where you can find great fresh produce, as well as beautiful beaches (also a 10 minute drive). Car hire is recommended , especially if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided within the boundaries of the property.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €350 | Groups deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more person, who will be accommodated on an extra-bed.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €265 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.

Wonderful
There was 8 of us and we fit very comfortably. It's large and the layout is very social. The pool area is brilliant and just beautiful. The pool area is very private and not overlooked. The villa overall is in a very quiet area. The kitchen is really well stocked and has pretty much any piece of equipment you could want. All rooms are large, so everyone was happy. Towels were changed midweek and a gardener and maid came at least once as well. The villa overall is very clean and well maintained. Everything in good working order... Simply THE BEST!

Perfect location for us
Excellent location with good privacy, the landscaping is wonderful along with the rustic charm inside the property. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wouls certainly stay again.

Great location
We had a lovely stay at villa, plenty of room for all of us! We as a family enjoyed lots of our time in the pool and Armação de Pêra is beautiful. we met the owner of the villa who was very pleasant and our youngest even got to feed the cat, sheep and goats in the field so fun was had by all. We went to slide and splash water park which is not far away in the car and visited Albufeira a few times. We personally preferred Armação de Pêra!
