Within walking distance of all amenities, including excellent restaurants and bars, this spacious property is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing, car-free holiday in the city.

This fantastic 5-bedroom villa sleeps up to 10+7 guests, and benefits from air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The property is composed of 5 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom on the lower floor, 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor (with en-suite bathrooms), as well as a total of 6 bathrooms.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking including a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, and a laundry room with a washing machine is also available. The living / dining room is spacious and fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort. There is also a games lounge on the lower floor with a pool table and table football, providing hours of enjoyment.

Outside, a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to jump in and soak up the sunshine, while the spacious patio area by the pool provides the perfect spot to relax, gather friends and family and enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbeque.

Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the villa is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks. The beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Eulália, Oura and Alemães are just a short drive away, as well as options for golf, water sports and boat trips.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €450 | Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 7 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €182 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
