Fantastic 5-bedroom villa, sleeping 14+2 people and is located just a couple of minutes’ walking distance from the famous Albufeira Strip. With an unbeatably central location, this superb villa with a private heatable pool is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira.

The property has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed set (sleeps 2), 1 with two single beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and the last with four single beds (sleeps 4), as well as 3 bathrooms and an extra guest W.C.

The living room is cosy, with comfortable seating and a TV, as well as a dining area; the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for home cooking.

Outdoors, the property has a large inviting swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a fantastic garden area with sun loungers, where you can spend the day in the sun. A traditional barbeque allows for easy summer grilling, to be enjoyed on the outdoor dining set with a view of the pool.

The Villa is in the heart of Areias de São João, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is within a 10-minute walk and the Albufeira Old Town is about a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk away.

Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Groups deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €182 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
