Wonderful holiday villa affording a prime location in the Galé area with breathtaking views, and only a 5-minute walk from the best golden sandy beaches. Complete with a games room and a south-facing swimming pool, this property has everything you’ll need for an excellent family holiday.

This charming holiday home has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6+2 people; all bedrooms in the villa have air-conditioning. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and access to a wonderful south-facing terrace, with views to the surrounding countryside.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. An additional bathroom is located just across the hall from the twin bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The spacious living room includes a dining area and living area with comfortable sofas and a TV. Sliding doors allow you access to the wonderful outdoor area overlooking the pool, complete with a spacious outdoor BBQ and bar area, allowing you to prepare summer meals to be enjoyed al fresco.

The games room is separate from the house and is accessed through the front garden.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance of the villa and an automatic gate allowing access to parking facilities for several cars. The private swimming pool is surrounded by grassy areas and is south-facing, allowing you to lounge and swim in the sun all day.

This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families, and is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lourenço and Galé, just to name a couple. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**


Standard deposit: €350 (paid by credit card only) | This property does not accept groups.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

Mieux encore que sur les photos !!

La villa est vraiment superbe, mieux encore que sur les photos. Tout est conforme à la description détaillée sur le site, il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise. En cas de problème, le personnel à disposition à proximité est prêt à intervenir sur simple coup de fil et est très réactif. En conclusion nous avons tous été charmé et enchanté par cette villa et n'avons aucun regret concernant cette location. Nous la conseillons sans réserve à tous les français qui souhaiteraient y séjourner.

An amazing Villa!!
Villa Abel was a truly amazing villa, with all the facilities needed to have a fantastic stay. There were 6 people in our group, to celebrate a special 60th birthday, and we were all very comfortable in the villa, with loads of space. The gorgeous pool . David, the rep, was very helpful and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Villa very well equipped and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed. The beach is really close, that's great. Everyone involved were extremely helpful from the booking agent who also arranged the transfer for us. Highly recommend.
