The Villa has two completely independent floors.
The first floor, whose photos are visible, is occupied exclusively by guests.
It has a suite with a double bed, wardrobe and sofa bed and a bathroom,
Two bedrooms served by a bathroom, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor for Local Accommodation, is fully equipped with bed linen and towels.
The second floor is reserved for our family, where we usually spend holidays or weekends.
The villa is in a very quiet area, with little traffic and where children can play without much danger.
From the villa to the beach, it takes no more than 5 minutes on foot.
In principle, while Covid-19 proliferates, there will always be a two-day spacing between guests leaving and entering so that the house can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
