Unique 3-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of the Albufeira Marina. This colourful holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and includes a private heatable swimming pool.

The property has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all located on the first floor and including en-suite bathrooms. An additional guest W.C. can be found on the ground floor.

The living / dining room is bright and spacious with comfortable seating and large glass doors leading to the lovely garden outside. The quirky, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle.

Outside, a wonderful patio with grassy areas invites you to enjoy meals al fresco or take a dip in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). Sunbeds are available for relaxing in the warm Algarve sun.

The villa is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €182 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
