Charming 5-bedroom holiday home in Albufeira Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Praia do Peneco elevator. With an unbeatable location, this traditional property is the perfect holiday home for your getaway with family or friends.

The property has 5 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (which can also be made into single beds) and 3 twin bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms. The cosy living area with TV and satellite channels invites you to lounge comfortably, while the kitchen / dining room allows for family meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. With direct access to the terrace, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your meal and drinks al fresco on long summer nights. For sunbathing in the warm Algarve sun, sun beds are available on the rooftop terrace.

Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are included.

This property has an incredibly central location in a residential neighbourhood in Old Town Albufeira, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) and with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés within close proximity. The famous Elevador do Peneco accessing the beach below is just a 3-minute walk away and the Albufeira Strip is within a 10 minute drive.

Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

Changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Standard Security Deposit: €400 | Group Security: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
