The villa is colorful and spacious and enjoys an excellent location in the Galé area, close to some of the most beautiful golden sand beaches in the Algarve. Its privileged location allows it to be in a quiet residential area, but at the same time close to all amenities such as large supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pastry shops. This holiday home will be enjoyed by the whole family.

The property consists of 2 floors and is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 6 + 4 people:

The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and balconies overlooking the local countryside. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with bath and shower, while there is a separate shower room on this floor next to the other twin room.

On the ground floor is the 3rd bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a separate shower / WC. Still on the ground floor, there is the open plan living room (living room and dining room), bright and comfortable, with direct access to the terrace next to the pool and lawn area. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and toaster, which also has a small dining table for meals less formal.

The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days on the sun loungers by the private pool (heated as an optional extra), which will certainly delight children and adults. Outdoor dining is a must during the hot night and you have a typical Algarve barbecue to prepare your meals and then sit back and admire the beautiful sunset. Long hot summer nights can be enjoyed by playing ping pong or billiards.

The property offers air conditioning in the rooms and free Wi-Fi, as well as off-road parking.

The Villa is located in the city of Galé, just a 15-minute drive from the main area of Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and a large supermarket (Aldi) is just a few minutes' walk away. The beaches of Galé and Lourenço are both a short drive away, as is the well-known Salgados Nature Reserve, known for its migratory birds and the golf course.

It is not necessary to rent a car, however, if you want to rent a car, we can help you with your order.
Pool heating will always be an upgrade for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is started will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating of the pool.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday.
