It is a centenary house recently recovered surrounded by an extensive green area, overlooking the sea and the mountains. It is located on the northeast coast of the island of São Miguel.
Away from the hustle and bustle of large cities, the atmosphere of peace and tranquility invites you to rest and read. Enjoy a comforting rest, listening to the sounds of nature and having the pleasure of waking up to the gentle and sweet chirping of birds.
In the house, the large outdoor spaces provide a unique landscape of sea and mountain where the lush green of the land meets the pure blue of the sky and the sea.
From the island, it is the most lavish area in viewpoints, peaks, waterfalls and hiking trails. You can climb the peak of the pole, with its 1105 meters of altitude, walk through the Serra da Tronqueira or discover the natural habitat of one of the most endangered and rarest bird species in all of Europe - the Priôlo. Sea lovers can bathe in the refreshing waters of the “Lombo Gordo” beach or the pool at the mouth of the stream, a bathing area located 4 km from this location. The sea is calm and the waters are pure and crystal clear.
