Fantastic holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short drive from central Albufeira, the villa is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday whilst exploring the rest of the Algarve.

This stunning 4-bedroom property is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living. Outside there is a superb private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) with sea views that you can enjoy whilst lounging on the sunbeds. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have large glass doors leading out to the swimming pool, and the two bedrooms on the first floor share a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.

As soon as you enter the villa, you can see the quality and elegance that runs throughout the house from the stunning glass feature in the dining/lounge area. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a small laundry room just off the kitchen that houses the washing machine and ironing facilities, and a door from the kitchen leads to the outdoor traditional BBQ, ideal for preparing al fresco meals.

Parking spaces are available within the villa gates.

All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also within a few minutes’ drive, providing an excellent choice for a day out. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Pescadores beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €245 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
