Exclusive 6-bedroom villa that offers a privileged location in the heart of Albufeira, within walking distance of the best golden sandy beaches. This stunning villa, with a capacity for up to 12 + 2 people, has all the special touches that will make your vacation a truly memorable experience: from the large private pool, to the cinema room and the complete gym.

With an incredibly central location, within walking distance of all amenities, the villa also benefits from air conditioning throughout, free WIFI and perfect attention to detail, making it the ideal option for your holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom, and another 1 twin bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom. On the first floor are 3 twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and on the upper floor there is a triple bedroom, a large terrace with a sea view, and an additional bathroom.

Also located on the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils you may need to cook at home. The kitchen has a pantry with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The living and dining room is light and airy, with a dining table, comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels and air conditioning. The lovely outdoor space and the excellent swimming pool are accessible through the large glass doors in the living room and dining area.

On the lower floor you can enjoy the exclusive cinema room with 2 sofas, a coffee table and equipment for projecting films on the big screen. The lower floor also houses the gym, with a fixed bike, abdominal bench, elliptical machine and treadmill, ensuring that you do not need to compromise your exercise routine during your vacation.

At this wonderful villa you can relax in total comfort, while being a short walk from a wide range of renowned restaurants and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the Algarve, where you can also enjoy water sports activities. An excellent golf course is just a few minutes drive away.
The colourful Albufeira marina, charming Old Town along Praia dos Pescadores and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are a few minutes walk from the property.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Standard deposit: €500 | Group deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
