CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property.

Fantastic 5-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet area near Olhos de Água, Albufeira. With a spacious outdoor area, private swimming pool, and just a 10-minute walk from golden sandy beaches, local cafés and restaurants, this will be the perfect spot for your family holiday.

The villa has 5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 twin rooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms (3 total). The large family kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. Meals can be enjoyed on the dining set in the sunny living / dining room, while comfortable sofas and a TV are available in the living space.

The outdoor BBQ and dining area are ideal for entertaining friends and family in a perfect holiday setting in the Algarve. Sun loungers are provided for sunbathing in between refreshing dips in the private swimming pool, which can be heated as an optional extra.

This contemporary villa includes free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

The property is located close to quality supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Pine Cliffs Golf Course and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area such as Olhos de Água or Falésia. For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf.
The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Heatable pool for only €255 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
