The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin), 3 bathrooms (one of which is adapted for people with disabilities) and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, dishes, utensils, kettle and toaster, and the living / dining room is spacious and inviting, with access to the terrace, barbeque and outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool.

The large swimming pool (fenced), beautiful gardens and tranquil countryside surroundings create a relaxed setting for a wonderful family holiday. Parking for 2 cars is available within the property.

This picturesque villa with free Wi-Fi is ideal for couples or families, who prefer a quiet location in Albufeira.

The main golden sandy beaches of “Peneco“ and “Inatel“, just to name a couple, are within few minutes’ drive and Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming Old Town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and sparkling nightlife, is within a 5-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Standard deposit: €350 | Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
