Charming 5-bedroom villa, with a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), and ideal area for outside dining, in a great central location between Albufeira Marina and the old town.

The property is spread over 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, and 2 on the first floor, again with en-suite bathrooms.

The bedrooms on the ground floor consist of two which have twin beds in them and their own shower rooms en-suite, and one which has twin beds (which can be converted to a double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub en-suite.

The other two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. One has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and an outside terrace with a table and chairs, whilst the second bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and shower room en-suite.

The open plan living area consists of a sunken lounge with comfortable sofas and a television equipped with satellite channels.

This is a few steps down from the inside dining area and has patio doors leading out to one of the two al fresco dining tables.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, and also has another dining area with a table for more informal meals, perfect for enjoying a tranquil breakfast. There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine and all your ironing facilities and a separate service W.C.

The outside area boasts a large private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), raised BBQ area and parking inside the property for up to 4 cars.

Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and you have the choice of 2 outside dining areas, one which is under cover and shaded and another at the front of the property, both which can be served by the inside kitchen or the typical Algarvian BBQ, perfect for preparing your meals in a charming pool side setting.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

The location of Villa is central and based between Albufeira’s Marina and the bustling Old Town Albufeira famous for its restaurants, central old square, shops and lively night life with many bars offering live music most evenings. The nearest beach is only 1.5km away and less than 250m away you will find a small supermarket, and a couple of restaurants and cafes.


Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted .

The changeover day for this property is set to Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and/or multiples of 7 nights).

Standard Security Deposit: €500 | Group Security: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 persons.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated Pool for just €225 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High Chair €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
