Luxurious 7-bedroom villa, (sleeping 14 + 6 guests) with an idyllic setting of well-kept gardens, a private pool, and an equestrian area (optional extra), set on an extensive and beautifully landscaped plot. Situated a short drive from both the village of Guia, and the stunning beaches of Galé, Salgados, São Lourenço and São Rafael, this Algarve oasis is the perfect vacation spot for family and friends.

Passing through the gated entrance and along the impressive driveway, the grand villa with its self-contained annex and beautiful gardens comes into view.

The spacious and contemporary main house is set over 2 floors and features 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - 2 double bedrooms and a twin room which also has direct access to the garden. Upstairs is the master suite, with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and hydro massage bathtub, as well as a terrace with sea views where you can enjoy a relaxing morning coffee. A second twin bedroom, also on the first floor, shares access to the terrace.

The modern kitchen, with ample space for preparing meals, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishes and utensils, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate room provides laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living / dining room is full of personality and style, with the dining area located in a raised section of the room but still open to the spacious lounge. There are two lounge areas – one main space and a cosy movie area, both with air conditioning and furnished to the highest of standards with large comfortable sofas, armchairs and televisions sets with international channels. The ground floor also has a guest W.C.

In the Winter Garden Room you can find additional lounge seating, a dining set and a TV, with large windows bringing in sunlight from outdoors.

The separate annex is a private, self-contained holiday home for part of your group, that shares the outdoor area with the main house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living / dining room with satellite TV, and 2 double bedrooms with TVs and en-suite bathrooms.

The spectacular outdoor area offers a magnificent landscape of gardens, a swimming pool, ping-pong table and several outdoor lounge areas with sun loungers, tables and a Balinese day bed perfect for long summer days and warm Algarve evenings. The covered outdoor kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting for preparing and enjoying summer meals, including an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sink and BBQ grill.

Within the grounds of the property is an equestrian area. Special prices can be arranged for use of the stables (available as an optional extra), riding arena and tack room.

The property offers free Wi-Fi and Air conditioning throughout, as well as private parking for up to 10 vehicles.

The villa is located in the Albufeira area, just a 10-minute drive from the Algarve Shopping center, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. The city of Albufeira is a 10-minute drive away. Here you can discover the colourful marina, charming historic center Pescadores beach, the Strip, and an excellent variety of quality restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Standard Security Deposit: €1000 | Group Security Deposit: €300 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 6 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for just €21 per week;
- High chair for just €21 per week;
- Horse stables for only €1150 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
