Wonderful holiday property affording a prime location in the Galé area, only a 10-minute walk from the gorgeous beach of Praia Manuel Lourenço. An inviting outdoor area with a south facing private swimming pool, BBQ grill and outdoor dining set will provide the perfect setting for relaxing in the sun.

This charming holiday home has 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, and sleeps 8 + 1 guests.

On the first floor are two twin rooms, one of which has patio doors leading out to a spacious south facing terrace over-looking the pool. There is also a bathroom with a bath tub and overheard shower on this floor. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool. A third bathroom with a shower is also available on the ground floor.

The kitchen is separate from the living area and has a small pantry, and direct access to the outdoor area. It is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay including a microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The lounge/dining room is open plan with a dining table, comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite/cable. Patio doors from the lounge lead you to the lovely outdoor dining area and swimming pool, with a BBQ grill on hand to allow you to prepare summer meals to be enjoyed al fresco.

This wonderful villa is an ideal holiday base for couples or families, has free WiFi access and is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lourenço and Galé, just to name a couple.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Standard deposit: €500 | Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
