Fabulous 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from Armação de Pera. With beautiful sea views, luxurious finishes, swimming pool and a rooftop jacuzzi, this brand-new villa is sure to deliver a spectacular holiday setting.

Comfortably sleeping 8 + 2 guests, the villa offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the 2 remaining bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin, which can also be made into a double bed. Both bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional guest W.C. The living/dining areas are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the large open plan kitchen with modern fittings is fully equipped for all your home cooking needs.

A wall of glass doors allow access from the living/dining areas out to the fantastic pool area. Here you can spend your time relaxing on the sunbeds in between refreshing dips in the pool (heated by solar panels) or playing ping pong. An outdoor dining area and BBQ are available for enjoying family meals al fresco.

Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature.

At sunset, the fabulous rooftop terrace invites you to unwind with family and friends while enjoying the jacuzzi (optional extra) and taking in the spectacular views of the sea and town.

This modern, cleverly designed villa also offers parking for 4 cars.

Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera, the property is within walking distance of beautiful golden sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and shops. Several supermarkets, pharmacies and banks are also readily available in the town. Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
