Amazing property, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Albufeira, with stunning views over the sea and just a 5-minute drive from some of the best golden sandy beaches. Recently remodelled and refurbished, this magnificent holiday home allows you to enjoy a fantastic pool and a games room with snooker, table football and table tennis, providing memorable and fun moments for the whole family.

This fantastic villa is all about the views. From the spacious and light-filled living room you can admire the beautiful views overlooking the colourful Albufeira Marina and the sea beyond – this will certainly become your favourite place to unwind. Through the sliding glass doors, you have direct access to the outdoor area where you can sip a relaxing drink on the terrace. The elegant reading room, located on the first floor, also has strategically placed windows from which you can enjoy the view during your reading break.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with direct access to the dining room. The laundry room is located on the ground floor of the property.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 + 2 people (1 adult + 1 child). On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, while the lower floor houses 3 twin bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with two showers. On the second floor is the master bedroom, with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and fantastic bathtub, ideal for relaxing and taking in the views.

One of the highlights of this property is the fabulous pool and outdoor terrace overlooking the surrounding area, with sunbeds from which you can soak up the sun. A brick BBQ and a support kitchen are also available for preparing delicious summer meals during your holidays.

The property has both air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access.

All amenities including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are just a short drive away. The fantastic sandy beaches of Castelo, São Rafael and Gale are also just a few minutes away by car, providing an excellent choice for a day out.
The town of Albufeira and its colourful marina, charming old town, the famous Fisherman’s Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, are located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Standard Security Deposit: €1000 (payable via credit card only) | Acceptance of groups subject to consultation.

Please note that the standard occupancy for this property is 10 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more additional persons ( 1 adult and 1 baby ) who will be accommodated on a Folding-Bed/ cot.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
