We present the perfect oasis. If you are looking for a peaceful environment, but close to all amenities, this is the right property.

Located in Sesmarias, Albufeira, just completely renewed and decorated with the best materials we find Villa, with private heated biological pool (optional extra), 4 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, AC and barbecue.

Let´s start on the groundfloor, here we can find the living room, dining room and kitchen in an open space format.

The living room has a sofa and armchairs so you can comfortably watch television or simply relax during the day, the room also has direct access to the outdoor dining area as well as the gardens and pool.

In order to enjoy family meals, the property counts with a large dining table (which seats the whole group), located between the living room and the kitchen.

Completing the open space area we find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with the latest appliances and utensils like the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, oven, induction hob, microwave and blender. Through the kitchen we have access to the barbecue and also to the laundry room where the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are located.

On the same floor we also have 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and a private bathroom (with shower), both bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition to the bedrooms there is also a service bathroom.

Moving on to the first floor, here we have the remaining bedrooms and a terrace with sea views. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other with a double bed (this one with access to the common terrace on this floor) both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Ending with the best, we have the exterior, in this area you will find the beautiful gardens, perfectly disigned with a great variety of plants and trees that keep the biological swimming pool in operation. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds so that you can relax and take a sunbathe, in addition to all this, we also have a dining area prepared to seat the whole group comfortably and have the meals overlooking the stunning pool.

The property also has a private parking space for 2 cars.

Changeover day is Thursday (however there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so that we can confirm if your dates can be accepted .

Standard deposit: €500 | Group deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
