Stunning contemporary holiday home in a prime location near São Rafael, only a 15-minute walk from some of the best golden sandy beaches of the Algarve.

Spacious and comfortable, the villa is equipped with air-conditioning and free WIFI throughout.

This modern property sleeps 6+2, with 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms) all located on the first floor, with access to a balcony. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and overhead shower, and one of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee machine. The living / dining room is open plan and very bright and comfortable, with patio doors opening up to the swimming pool and outside dining area. On the ground floor there is also an extra guest W.C.

Sliding doors lead you to the outdoor area where you will find a table and chairs on the patio overlooking the pool. At the other end of the heatable swimming pool (heating available as an optional extra) there is a raised patio area, ideal for relaxing with a good book. A built-in barbeque is available for preparing al fresco meals and sun loungers are provided for soaking up the sun between refreshing dips in the pool.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk from São Rafael beach. Other beautiful beaches like Gale, São Lourenço and Salgados, just to name a few, are located within a short distance. A variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk and there is a shortcut from the townhouse through to the Marina of Albufeira.

For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. The nearest golf course is in Salgados (5km away), close to the nature reserve with pedestrian walkways and a lagoon.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €650 | Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons who will be accommodated on extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Pool heating for only €245 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Very Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
