Apartment by the sea, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia, 5 km from Porto.
This 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps 4 people and is located on the first line in front of Lavadores beach. Ideal for short or medium term holidays and also a beautiful and comfortable place to live.
Large living room and kitchen, both sharing a terrace facing the sea, where you can relax, have a barbecue, sunbathe on the sun loungers, admire the sunset and eat your meals. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, one complete and the other with shower.
Bath and beach towels are provided, as well as bed linen (changing the towels will be carried out once a week).
The cleaning of the apartment is carried out once a week, or can be agreed as an extra service if you want additional cleaning.
The surroundings
White sand beaches in front of the apartment. An extension of 15 kms of white sand beaches, cycling and jogging paths along the beach that can take you to the cellars of the world famous "Port Wine", just 6 km from the apartment.
A playground is located very close to the building, next to the sea.
The apartment is located in an area with local restaurants by the sea, bars and cafes, bakery with bread and fresh pastries throughout the day; it is also located near the Douro Estuary Viewpoint, a nature reserve and habitat for many bird species, where you can enjoy / study migratory birds; close to Foz do Rio Douro, it is also located 5 km from shopping centers.
A calm and relaxing place, close to everything. A car, although advisable, is not essential. A bus stop is immediately in front of the building.

A great place to spend your holidays, whether you decide to go to the beach, take a walk on the Atlantic coast, stroll in the center of Porto, or take a boat trip on the Douro River.
Take the opportunity to mix with the local population, feel the heartbeat of the city, experience its customs, food and typical wines, as well as appreciate its strong culture.
