Wonderfully spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with a private heatable swimming pool, marvellous garden and outdoor spaces, and a rooftop lounge. Located in a quiet cul de sac, just 850 meters away from the popular beach, “Praia Vale de Centeanes” and a short drive from Carvoeiro, a picturesque former fishing village, the villa is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. Golf lovers will find several golf courses in the area, the closest being Vale do Milho Golf Course.

This stunning villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout the accommodation, and has 4 double bedrooms (3 of them with en-suite bathrooms) all on the ground floor, as well as 1 additional bathroom.

The kitchen is extremely spacious, with plenty of counter space on which to prepare meals and fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two sinks, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. The property is also equipped with a washing machine.

An airy living and dining space provides a large dining table, spacious and comfortable seating and satellite TV. Patio doors allow direct access to the terrace, with an outdoor dining area overlooking the large swimming pool. A portable BBQ is also available, ideal for preparing alfresco family meals.

The grounds of the property are completely walled and fenced, with well kept gardens and free private parking.

The villa has a superb swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. A ping-pong table is also provided for additional entertainment between refreshing dips in the pool.

The property is located near the charming town of Carvoeiro with it's lively town centre where you can find a variety of shops, excellent restaurants, bars and the beautiful Carvoeiro beach. Additional points of interest that are just a short drive away are the excellent golf courses of “Vale do Milho Golf Course” (the closest to the property), “Pestana Golf Carvoeiro” and the “Slide and Splash” aquapark. Other beautiful beaches such as Praia do Vale Covo and Praia do Carvalho, just to name a couple, are also located within a short drive.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 (paid by credit card only) | Group deposit: €300 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €252 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
