The charming and peaceful valley, the green of nature and the fresh air, make this house a unique place! Here you will feel an energizing atmosphere, but at the same time peaceful!
At Casa Benedita there are several outdoor spaces where you can read a book while listening to the sound of birds or just relax and sunbathe! At night, admire a starry sky!
In the garden, grab some aromatic stoves and make a nice cup of tea or use it for cooking. A barbecue area is also at your disposal.
The house is very comfortable and functional. The decor combines rurality with some modern elements.
The wooden living room gives a wonderfully cozy atmosphere and from the inside you can admire the landscape and the mountain that rises in front of you! A Smart TV and WiFi are also offered.
The house also has a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet with a shower located on the ground floor.
On the top floor you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms both with sea views and a corridor where you have a sofa bed and a cozy reading area.
It is located in Ponta do Pargo, more precisely in Ribeira da Vaca, whose translation means "Rio das Vacas", so for sure you will be able to admire some of these beautiful animals of the neighborhood.
Ponta do Pargo also includes the most beautiful and unforgettable sunsets!

The stunning viewpoint "Garganta Funda" is a must-see and is only 5 minutes by car!
Calheta Beach and Porto Moniz Pools are worth a visit and are both 25 minutes away by car!
The Ponta do Pargo Lighthouse and the Achadas das Cruz Cable Car are very beautiful tourist spots that you cannot miss.
At Ponta do Pargo there are some grocery stores, restaurants and a pharmacy (about 5 minutes by car).

- Funchal: 1 hour
- Paul do Mar: 25 min.
