Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, is a a charming townhouse, close to all amenities. With free WIFI, swimming pool for adults and children and 3 bedrooms, accommodates up to 6+2 people.

Upon entering the property, you will find the open concept living and dining areas, which harmoniously integrate a fully equipped kitchen.

In the living and dining room, you will find a comfortable sofa to watch your favorite shows with your group and the dining table to gather around for meals with your family and friends.

The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances you may need, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others . On this floor there is a WC.

On the first floor, you will find the three bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms , of this modern townhouse, are furnished with two single beds each. An additional bathroom serves this floor.

The sea view top floor terrace, offers views of the enchanting Algarve sunset.

The wonderful terrace, with sea views, is furnished with chairs and a table, making it the perfect set to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day.

The common area of ??the condominium includes two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

This elegant property is located in an area close to a varied selection of restaurants and some of the best beaches in the Algarve

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so that we can confirm if your dates can be be accepted.**

Standard deposit: €450 | Groups: €175 per person.(payable by credit card only).

Please note that this property occupancy is 6 people.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more people, who will be accommodated in extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
