Beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment recently renovated in Ericeira, with terrace facing the ocean. Located in a condominium with swimming pools, elevator and parking 10 minutes walk from the famous surf beach Ribeira d'Ilhas, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a relaxing surf vacation or just spend some quality time enjoying the breeze from the sea. Ocean. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and will be an excellent base for discovering the beautiful coast of Lisbon!
Our apartment is suitable for 4-5 people, offering the following:
• New 55 m2 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean and the condominium pools
• new beds (1 queen bed + 1 single sofa bed in the bedroom and 1 comfortable sofa bed (width 140cm) in the living room)
• fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and cooking utensils so you can prepare your healthy meals at home
• dining area
• pleasant terrace with table and chairs; great place to sunbathe and watch the amazing sunset
• large full bathroom with bath / shower
• Washing machine
• Cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi (fiber) connection
• heating and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom
• blackout curtains so you can enjoy a good night's sleep
• bed linen, towels and bath items provided
• access to 2 pools
• parking in front of the building

Important to note:
1 / has a cleaning fee of 40 € to be paid at check-in, as well as the Tourism Fee charged by Camera de Mafra: € 2 / person / night during high season (1 / 5-31 / 10) and 1 € / person / night in low season (11/11 - 4/30), with a maximum of 7 nights applicable, except children under 13 - both amounts are paid in cash at check-in
