We offer 3 payment methods for your reservations:

Credit / Debit Card
Paypal
Multibanco Reference - (At Caixa Multibanco or Homebanking using the generated reference, only for debit or credit cards issued in Portugal)

1 - Access your reservation and click "start".

2- Inform the owner after starting the reservation.



Your reservation is considered initiated and you can enjoy its benefits.

1- Access your reservation and make the assessment in the proper space.

2- Access your "Affiliate Tree" and share your reference with friends and on social networks.

3- Gradually you will be refunded up to 50% of the value of your reservation.

After your evaluation our community becomes safer, thanks!

If you cancel a reservation, the service fee charged on that reservation will be retained. (12.5% + VAT)

In addition, the owner's cancellation policy, presented in the announcement at the time the reservation was made, will be respected.

Possible Cancellation Policies are:

None - 100% refundable at any time.
Flexible - 14 days before check-in 50% refund, 7 days before no refund
Moderate - 30 days before check-in 50% refund, 14 days before no refund
Rigida - 60 days before check-in 50% refund, 30 days before no refund
Super rigid - No refund.

If the owner cancels a reservation, the entire amount paid for the reservation will be refunded. Optionally, you can contact HomeCarShare to help us as much as possible to find another accommodation for your stay.

The HomeCarShare Project is the result of Social Entrepreneurship, with the aim of forming a Sustainable Tourism community that has a positive impact on humanity, supporting and promoting causes that we believe are crucial for the social and environmental stability of Planet Earth.

We develop partnerships and projects that allow all our users to support the causes they consider important, through donations and volunteering. In addition to partnerships with national and international NGOs, we seek to establish partnerships with local institutions, generating a great positive impact globally and directly in the locations visited.

Donations are made by travelers, optionally, when making their reservations.

The minimum amount of a donation is 1 €, it can be fully refunded to the donor in travel credit up to a maximum of 5% of the value of the reservation made on HomeCarShare.

Contact us through the form or through the Chat in the lower right corner of your screen.

This form of payment, generates an Entity and Reference for payment, which are presented on the payment page and sent to the email you specified. Payment must be made at an ATM or through Homebanking, selecting the Payment for Purchases or Services option. Please make sure to provide a correct email when filling in your details.

Your reservation will only be confirmed, closing the desired dates in the calendar of this property after payment is made. After generating a Multibanco Reference you will still be able to choose another payment method. This payment method is only allowed for debit or credit cards issued in Portugal.

The generated reference will be valid for the next 48 hours, if payment is not made you will have to generate a new reference. If a reservation is made in the same accommodation / vehicle that overlaps the dates of your reservation, you will receive an email with the information that the reservation was automatically canceled.

1. In the lower right corner you have the option "PAYPAL", click to access the PayPal page where you will be able to make the payment with total security.
2. Enter your card details securely and complete the payment for your reservation.
(If you have a paypal account you may be asked to login to your account)
3. Soon after, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and payment.

Attention: Your reservation will only be confirmed after payment is made, blocking the desired dates in the calendar.
