This wonderful 2-bedroom apartment is located in a new complex in central Albufeira. Ideal for a family or a few friends, this property is near all essential amenities and is the perfect setting for an invigorating sunny getaway.

Accommodating 4+2 people, this superb apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a bath and overhead shower and another with a shower. The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a table and chairs and leads onto an inviting balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for a meal or for relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and is located on the first floor with lift access.

The inviting swimming pool is in a sunny outdoor communal space with plenty of room to sunbathe.
An exterior private parking space is also available.

With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk of the apartment including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and the nearest beach (Praia dos Alemães) is only a 12-minute walk away.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Standard deposit: € 200 | Groups deposit: € 130 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only € 21 per week;
- Highchair for only € 21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
