This superb apartment is a comfortable 2-bedroom holiday home, in the beautiful complex of "Quinta Pedra dos Bicos" with a large communal swimming pool and well-maintained gardens. Located in a quiet area of lively Santa Eulália, Albufeira, all amenities are within a short walking distance including beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is located on the first floor (with a lift and stair access) and is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking is available just outside the apartment buildings.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living / dining room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs. A wonderful balcony with outdoor seating is accessed from both the kitchen and master bedroom.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (master bedroom) and another with 2 single beds, and there are two separate toilets, one with a shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower.

In this beautiful complex you can enjoy a large swimming pool and well-kept gardens, where you can relax and sunbathe. These are just a short walk from the apartment building.

This lovely apartment is very well located, as it’s in Santa Eulália, just a few minutes’ walk from the main street where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. The property is also a short walk to the beach and to the Albufeira Strip.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted . **

Standard deposit: €200 | Groups deposit: €130 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
