Bright and compact, this studio apartment is located just 20 meters from a beautiful stretch of golden sandy beach! With an incredibly central location, within short walking distance of all amenities, the property is perfect for a couple, friends or family looking to relax and enjoy the town, beach and each other’s company.

This cosy apartment with free Wi-Fi is on the second floor (with lift access) and is delightfully decorated.

The lounge area has comfortable sofa-beds (two singles and one double) and there’s a built-in bunk bed (additional charge) in the entrance area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The lounge space also includes an open-plan kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, and built-in wardrobes. The delightful balcony with sea views includes a built-in barbeque and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a meal al fresco.

The apartment is located in Albufeira centre, right on the beachfront (Praia dos Pescadores) and has everything you may require for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy are all within short walking distance. The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira is only a few streets away and the Strip with the best bars and nightlife in town is about a 5 minute drive away.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.

Standard deposit: € 200 (paid by credit card only)

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment
