Fabulous 3-bedroom property, in the heart of historic Albufeira. Accommodating 8 people, this wonderfully decorated apartment can be your home away from home as you explore the city, excellent cuisine and beautiful beaches just a short walk away.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with lift access), and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a shower and whirlpool bath. There is also a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all appliances and utensils necessary for home cooking and dining. A large living / dining room invites you to enjoy a meal with family or friends, or lounge on the comfortable sofa and watch a movie or even play video games on the games console. A wonderful balcony with a table and chairs invites you outside to enjoy a meal or a drink with beautiful sunsets and views over the town.

An excellent location in the Albufeira Old Town is certainly one of the highlights of this property, as you’ll be just minutes from a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, lively squares and artisans’ shops. The Peneco and Pescadores beaches are the closest, just a 10-minute walk away and there’s a supermarket right across the street where you can stock up on essentials. Another location of interest is the Albufeira Strip, located just a 5 minute drive away.

Should you wish to bring your car or hire one, the apartment also has a private garage parking space.
Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

Car hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you.

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .

Standard deposit: €300 | Group deposit: €150 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
