With soothing pool and garden views in a shared condominium, the property is only a 5-minute drive from some of the best golden sandy beaches in Albufeira and is ideal for families or friends looking to experience the best of the Algarve.

Equipped with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, communal swimming pool and barbecue area, this property has all the special touches that will turn your holiday into a truly memorable experience.

On the first floor of the property are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. An additional double bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living / dining room is cosy and comfortable with a large sectional sofa and satellite TV. This space leads out onto the lovely terrace with outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals or drinks with family and friends, with a view of the pool and garden.

The property is located in a private condominium and shares a large swimming pool, garden and BBQ with 5 other townhouses (6 total).

This contemporary townhouse is close to quality supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Pine Cliffs Golf Course and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area such as Olhos de Água or Falésia, located within a 5-minute drive.

For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

Standard deposit: €400 | Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
