Charming holiday villa affording a prime location in Montechoro, Albufeira, just a couple of minutes’ drive from the best golden sandy beaches. Located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to all amenities, it is the ideal spot for a relaxing break in the sun.

This beautiful villa sleeps 6+4 guests and has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom on the first floor with a spacious balcony and an en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) on the ground floor. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living / dining room, with cosy sofas, TV and dining area.

Large sliding doors in the living room allow access to the wonderful garden and pool area which has a built-in brick BBQ and an outdoor dining area, setting the scene for summer meals outdoors. The swimming pool has pool heating available as an optional extra, and sun loungers are provided for lounging in the sun between swims. There is also space for car parking inside the property area.

The villa provides air conditioning in the bedrooms, free wi-fi and international satellite channels.

The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is set on Thursday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €300 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €350 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
