CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. We are fully aware of the current situation, additional safety and sanitation measures have been implemented, in effect at this property.

Wonderfully spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, just less than a mile east from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost) and sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool with views of the sea and the Monchique mountains, this villa is an excellent choice for your family holiday.

The property has 4 bedrooms - on the first floor are 2 double bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), as well as a spacious, sunny terrace, and on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in total - 2 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The inviting living / dining room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal or simply lounge with family and includes a TV, DVD, sound system and free Wi-Fi.

Outside, the property is surrounded by a wall and hedge affording good privacy. A spacious terrace with a large private heatable swimming pool (optional extra), sun loungers and BBQ area allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun, while the covered dining area and kitchenette allow for entertaining family and friends with meals overlooking the pool.

Up a flight of stairs, a second sun terrace affords lovely views over the swimming pool and the surrounding area.

The villa is approximately a 10-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful golden sandy Carvoeiro beach.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €675 | Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Pool Heating only €210 per week;
- Beer keg (30 litres): €120 each;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.

Lovely villa in a great location.

We have just returned from staying at the villa for 1 week and haven’t got anything negative to say about it. From initially booking the villa Olivia was extremely helpful & quick to respond and answer any queries we had.

We utilized their airport transfer service which was also extremely efficient.

Malide who was our representative over there was also helpful and answered any queries we had.

The villa itself was superb and well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean on arrival. It was in a great location to the Centre (around 15 minutes walk) and there was a useful mini market around 10 minutes walk.

We would definitely recommend this villa.
