The changeover day for this property is set on Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights (and / or multiples of 7 nights).

It is a charming villa, with an excellent central location in Albufeira. With 3 bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate 6 + 1 guests, this property offers a beautiful and tended garden, private pool and located just a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, the beach and the famous strip of Albufeira, this property is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to relax in the heart of Albufeira.
The 3 bedrooms, divided by 1 double with private bathroom, and 2 doubles with two single beds each. There is also an additional bathroom.
The kitchen provides all types of equipment for your use with a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, ironing board and iron.
The living / dining room is very spacious and has a TV, comfortable sofas and a dining table.
In the outdoor space, you will find a fabulous swimming pool (heated as an extra extra), inserted in the well-kept garden, where you also have a barbecue and dining area, where you can enjoy the evenings with family or friends at a summer barbecue.
It is located in the heart of Areias de São João, in Albufeira, just a few minutes walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is just a 10-minute walk and the Old Town of Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk.
Free wifi available throughout the house.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you want to rent, we can help you book on request.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted .
The pool heating will always be an asset for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.

Standard deposit: € 300 | Groups deposit: € 200 per person (paid by credit card only).

We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Heated pool for only € 188 per week;
- Cot for only € 22 per week;
- Highchair for only € 22 per week;
- Lunchbox: Small € 35 / Medium € 45 / Large € 55 / Very Large € 65

It is situated in an ideal location..

After booking a well needed few days away with friends, was rewarded with a welcoming, comfortable and great villa and a heated pool! Enjoyed some lovely meals out at recommended local restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly, helpful and easily answer any queries that you might have. Thank you
