Spacious and unique 6-bedroom villa, affording a prime location in Galé with fantastic sea views. This impressive villa is the height of luxury in every room, built and furnished to the highest of standards throughout. Located near the beach (400 metres away), with sea views and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, this wonderful property is bound to make the perfect setting for your holiday.

Inside this surprising villa, you have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms.

On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a balcony and a wonderful roof terrace, excellent for relaxing with spectacular sea views. The lower floor comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 twin and 1 with two bunk bed sets – sleeping 4 people), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a games room with snooker and table football providing hours of fun, and an amazing gym area, great for those that love to stay in shape while they’re away on holiday.

On the ground floor are the remaining 2 twin bedrooms (both en-suite) and an additional guest W.C. The open-space kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, coffee machine, juicer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, dishes and utensils, toaster, refrigerator and washing machine, and the living / dining areas are spacious and comfortably furnished.

The property is completely walled and fenced, with a gate leading to the entrance area. Parking is available right outside the villa. The incredibly inviting private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the front of the property, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. Around the back of the property are delightful grassy areas, and the traditional Algarvean covered barbecue, ideal for preparing summer meals to be enjoyed al-fresco.

The villa is in the area of Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The closest beach to the villa (approx. a 5-minute walk) stretches from Galé to Armação de Pêra and is the longest stretch of sand in the central Algarve where you can find beach restaurants, water sports activities and more.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €600 | Groups deposit: €150 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €210 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
