Holiday Villa with Swimming Pool, Garden, A / C, BBQ and WI-Fi - 12645

Spectacular 6-bedroom villa, boasting a prime location in the much-adored Galé beach area, with wonderful restaurants and beach bars. With a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating is an optional extra) and a short walk from the beach, this spacious property is the ideal holiday home for families looking to stay within easy reach of all amenities.
The villa has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all 6 bedrooms. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (which share a semi-circular terrace overlooking the private pool), 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite to a double bedroom); on the entrance level there is 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed set (sleeps 4) and 1 bathroom, and the lower level has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk bed sets (sleeps 4) and one with 1 bunk bed set and an additional twin bed (sleeps 2+1), and 2 shower rooms (one is en-suite).
The main kitchen on the entrance level is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary for home cooking, as well as a breakfast table and patio doors opening onto the BBQ area, essential for summer grilling. There is also a secondary kitchen on the lower level, fully equipped and including a dining area. Still on the lower level, a cosy games room with a snooker table provides a space for endless entertainment on long summer nights.
The airy living / dining room on the entrance level includes a large dining table and comfortable seating, inviting you to share a meal with family and friends or lounge and relax while watching an evening movie.
Patio doors open from the living space onto the wonderful pool terrace, with a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and ping-pong table, surrounded by ample space to relax, with a small lawned garden on the far side of the pool. The gardens are fully enclosed, bordered by hedges and the brick BBQ and shaded outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy alfresco meals in respite from the sun.
The villa is located in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The nearest beach (Praia de Manuel Lourenço) is only 450m away.
Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Standard deposit: €450 | Groups deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 6 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.
We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Heated pool for only €203 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65
All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
