Villa Palawan is a fantastic 4-bedroom villa with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a private heatable swimming pool, located in the idyllic area of Sesmarias, Galé. An excellent choice for a family holiday, the villa is just a 15-minute walk from central Galé with excellent restaurants, bars and beaches and a 10-minute drive from Albufeira.

On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a wonderful terrace with views of the surrounding areas. On the ground floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin, and 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom and one guest W.C.).

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washing machine, coffee machine, dishes and utensils. In the living / dining room are a TV, comfortable sofas, and full-length patio doors and shutters allowing access to the wonderful garden and pool area outside.

Here you will find a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), set in beautiful well-kept gardens where you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the sunshine. A traditional Algarvian barbecue and outdoor dining area provide a space for summer grilling where you can enjoy meals outdoors, while admiring the magnificent sunsets.

The property is in a quiet area near Galé, Albufeira and there are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, within a short walk (approximately 10 minutes). Also, within a short walk (about 15 minutes), are the beautiful beaches of Castelo / Evaristo / Coelha. The beach town of Galé is a 15-minute walk away where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops and Albufeira is about a 10-minute drive away. The largest shopping centre in the area, Algarve Shopping (in Guia) is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €300 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €245 per week;
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food hampers: Small €35 / Medium €45 / Large €55 / Very Large €65

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.
