Villa is a new, modern and spacious 9-bedroom villa, with a large heatable swimming pool, 2 XL jacuzzis, 8 bathrooms and much more to offer its guests. Affording a prime location in Armação de Pera with breathtaking sea views and only 850m from the best golden sandy beaches, this spectacular villa, built, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxurious, relaxing holiday in the sun.

Comfortably sleeping 26 + 8 guests, the villa offers amazing facilities to enjoy during your stay, both inside and out.

There is a fully equipped games room on the lower floor providing hours of entertainment for all guests, with a pool table, ping pong table and table football. There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor; one with 4 single beds, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and one with 4 bunk bed sets (sleeps 8), as well as a fully equipped bathroom and a guest W.C. From this floor there are various patio doors leading out to the terrace and two of the bedrooms have underwater windows to the swimming pool.

On the first floor of this stunning property there are 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms) and an additional separate bathroom.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with a luxury bathroom, and a guest W.C. This floor also houses a spacious, well-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and more, and a large living room with a wall of glass doors leading out to the pool terrace.

Here you can spend your time lounging on the sunbeds (pool towels are provided) or taking a dip in the private swimming pool (heated as an optional extra). A spacious outdoor dining area and BBQ allow for al-fresco meals to be enjoyed by the whole family. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy the sunset from one of the 2 XL jacuzzis (one by the swimming pool, one in the garden area – both available as optional extras) or take in the stunning views from one of the property’s various terraces that look out over the sea.

This property is a sister villa to several other homes in the same complex, all of which have been equipped and decorated to the highest standard of quality.

For guests that wish to hire a car or bring their own car, the villa offers off-road parking for 3 cars.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €400 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 26 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 8 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Pool Heating for only €287 per week;
- Jacuzzi only €203 each per week
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created in our financial gateway, instructions in the link must be followed to make the payment.

Incredible holidays home
Perfect villa, beautifully decorated and totally equipped. The standard of cleanliness is extremely high and it is clear that Olivia takes care with the property maintenance. The heated pool is a great bonus, because with the Algarve sun, even though it is November, we stayed in the pool until sunset.

Outstanding villa
5 stars does not do the villa justice. It is high end luxury with special touches that make the stay feel really personal. The villa has all the amenities that anyone could want in a holiday home. For sure we will be back!

Fantastic new villa
The Villa is a fantastic new villa very close to the beach with plenty of space for our two families, four adults and 5 children. Near to restaurants, bars and a large supermaket. The only downside was due to Covid as there were some local restrictions in place but that did not stop us from having a great time!
