Superb villa located in a quiet neighbourhood in Albufeira, while still within walking distance to all amenities and a few minutes’ drive to the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.

Sleeping 8+4 guests, the villa has 4 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds which can be made into double beds. The property also provides 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite). A spacious and comfortable living / dining room with rustic accents, invites you to lounge and relax, and a fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.

The property benefits from air conditioning throughout, free wi-fi and international satellite channels.

Outside, the private swimming pool with an attractive water feature invites you for refreshing swims and sunbathing or you can opt to relax on the bougainvillea shaded patio and enjoy a drink while overlooking the garden. An outdoor dining and BBQ area provides the perfect setting for meals with family and friends on long summer days.

The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.

Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Standard deposit: €400 | Group deposit: €250 per person (paid by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
