CLEAN & SAFE: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), our respective cleaning services have introduced new procedures. We are fully aware of the current situation, additional safety and sanitation measures have been implemented, in effect at this property.

This is a lovely 2-bedroom holiday home, located in a private condominium in Olhos de Água, Albufeira. With a large swimming pool for adults and children, 2 terraces and a BBQ, this is the perfect apartment for a relaxing break in the Algarve sun.

The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with access to a balcony with a built-in BBQ. A spacious living/dining room also allows direct access to a second balcony where you can enjoy a meal or drink outdoors with a view of the pool and the sea beyond.

Guests will have access to the large swimming pool and smaller pool for children, as well as the surrounding gardens where you can sunbathe in between refreshing dips in the pool.

This amazing apartment benefits from its proximity to the Olhos de Água center (only a 3- minute walk) and to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - beautiful sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks and supermarkets. Car is not necessary, unless you want to discover more of the Algarve.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the day of change of ownership, before making the reservation, please send us a request for information so that we can confirm that your dates can be accepted .

The changeover day for this property is Saturday and the maximum capacity is 6 people.

Standard deposit: €200 | Group deposit: €200 per person (paid by credit card only).
