Bright and newly redecorated traditional house situated in an amazing central location and sleeping 6+4 guests. Within close walking distance to the beach and the town centre, it is a perfect base for a stay in the old town of Albufeira.
This house has 3 levels - on the ground floor there is a 1-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lounge/dining area on this level is open plan and has a comfortable sofa and dining table. There is also a separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you should need on your holiday including, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
On the first floor, there is another apartment with 2 bedrooms and air conditioning, furnished with twin beds that can be joined into a double bed if required, and built in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a lounge with satellite TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table where you can enjoy meals.
On the second floor there is access to an additional annex with a double bed, bathroom with a shower and kitchenette (Available for bookings from 7 to 10 people).
Both the first-floor and the second-floor annex are accessed by a staircase. Also accessed by a staircase is the roof terrace with outside dining area and sunbeds, where you can take in the sun and the spectacular views over the old town of Albufeira and Praia dos Pescadores – one of the most popular beaches in the area.
The house is located in Albufeira centre and has everything you may require for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy are all within short walking distance. The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira is only a few streets away, with its famous square, filled with shops, craftsmen and entertainment. The Strip with the best bars and nightlife in town is about a 5- minute drive away.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Standard deposit: €400 | Group Security: €150 per person (payable by credit card only).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.
We provide extras that meet your needs:
- Cot for only €21 per week;
- Highchair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90
All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
