Bright and airy 3-bedroom villa sleeping 6+2 people, located in an unbeatably central, yet quiet residential area in Albufeira. With a lovely garden, private swimming pool and within a few minutes’ walk of restaurants, shops, the beach and the famous Albufeira Strip, the villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira.

The property has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the first floor with sea views and a terrace overlooking the pool, and 2 twin rooms (one on the first floor and one on the ground floor), as well as two bathrooms and an additional guest W.C.

The main living area comprises of open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. In the kitchen you'll find all the appliances and utensils necessary for home cooking including a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living / dining areas are spacious and comfortable, with satellite TV and free WIFI internet, a dining table and chairs and patio doors leading from the lounge out to the garden.

Outside you’ll find a lovely lawned garden area with an outdoor dining set and BBQ for enjoying meals al fresco, and a fantastic private swimming pool with sun loungers where you can soak up the Algarve sun.

The property is totally fenced with space to park two cars within the premises.

The villa is in the heart of Areias de São João, Albufeira, just a few minutes’ walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is just a 10-minute walk away, with other beaches within a 15 minute’ walk from the villa. The charming Albufeira Old Town is within a 10-minute drive or 25-minute walk.

Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Standard Security Deposit: €400 | Group Security Deposit: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 2 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for just €21 per week;
- High chair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.
