Wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home, offering a privileged location in Quinta da Balaia. With a relaxing atmosphere and just a 5-minute drive from some of the best beaches in the region, this charming villa is an ideal choice for your vacation with family or friends.

The property has 4 bedrooms - 1 double and 3 twin rooms, in addition to 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare homemade meals, including a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also available. There are two comfortable living rooms in which to relax, both with TVs with national and international channels, as well as a dining area where you can enjoy family meals.

Sliding doors in both living rooms allow you to access the pool and outdoor dining area, with a traditional BBQ on hand for summer grilling. Sunbeds are available for lounging in the sun and pool heating can be requested (as an optional extra).

The property is located in the quiet residential area of Quinta da Balaia, within easy reach of the center of Albufeira, the Strip, Praia da Oura, Santa Eulália and Olhos de Água. A wide variety of excellent restaurants and shops, as well as beaches, water sports and several golf courses, are just a short drive away.

Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.


Standard Security Deposit: €500 | Group Security Deposit: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 4 more persons, who will be accommodated on extra-beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Heated pool for only €200 per week;
- Cot for just €21 per week;
- Highchair for just €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform.
