The apartment is brand new and everything was just renewed and built from scratch, it is located at a newly renewed building at the heart of the village of Ponta do Sol that has direct access to the pedestrian road which you can also access by car for loading and unloading groceries or other stuff when you need, it doesn’t have a private parking spot but there is plenty of parking spaces around the house that people can use. The all building has a great sun exposure that usually lasts from sunset to sunrise.

It's located near the co-working space John dos Passos, about 10 meter away I would say, it's a 2 minute walk to get to the beach, restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to get to the local grocery store. Since it’s located at the center of the village all the services available on the place, like police station, pharmacy’s, fire station, etc are nearby at a distance of no more of 7 minutes walk.

The apartment it’s located on the last floor of the building and it’s fully independent and equipped, with a lot of natural light. It’s composed by a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, an oven, a stove, a fridge and a sink, and an open space, bedroom/living room with a double bed and a TV, with access to a very spacious balcony where you can have an almost 360 view of the village of Ponta do Sol with a sun exposure that will last until sunset.

It has a built-in wall wardrobe with plenty of storage room, for cloths and other stuff. Wi-fi and utilities are included. We can also provide a weekly cleaning service that can be included upon requesting to the house host.
