The apartment is brand new and everything was just renewed and built from scratch, it is located at a newly renewed building at the heart of the village of Ponta do Sol that has direct access to the pedestrian road which you can also access by car for loading and unloading groceries or other stuff when you need, it doesn’t have a private parking spot but there is plenty of parking spaces around the house that people can use. The all building has a great sun exposure that usually lasts from sunset to sunrise.

It's located near the co-working space John dos Passos, about 10 meter away I would say, it's a 2 minute walk to get to the beach, restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to get to the local grocery store. Since it’s located at the center of the village all the services available on the place, like police station, pharmacy’s, fire station, etc are nearby at a distance of no more of 7 minutes walk.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and is fully independent and equipped with a lot of natural light. It is composed by a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wall wardrobe with plenty of storage room for cloths, by a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink and by a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, an oven, a stove, a fridge, a sink and a washing machine. The living room is equipped with a couch that can be transformed into a bed, a TV and a big meal table that can easily be used as a working space as well. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a balcony where you can enjoy a bit of direct sun light while enjoying a good book or a good morning coffee :D

Wi-fi and other utilities are included. We can also provide a weekly cleaning service that can be included upon requesting it to the house host.
