Apartment is a spacious 3-bedroom holiday home, situated in a wonderful apartment complex, just 500m from Praia da Rocha beach. Featuring 2 fantastic terraces, one with a private jacuzzi, and access to shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, this is an ideal property for families or friends looking to relax in Praia da Rocha near all amenities.

The apartment is elegantly decorated and equipped with everything you may need for a memorable holiday, including A/C and free Wi-Fi. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 twin bedroom, as well as an additional separate bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes and utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine.

The living / dining room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the television, and a dining table and chairs where you can share meals with family and friends.

There are two terraces that you can enjoy, one of which has a private mini jacuzzi, sun loungers and an outdoor dining set, providing the perfect space in which to unwind.

Access to the leisure area of the condominium is through the garage, where you can enjoy the use of the shared gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a games area with a ping-pong and pool table.

For guests who wish to hire a car or to bring their own car, the apartment provides a parking space.

Apartment is located in the Praia da Rocha area, known as one of the best beaches in the Algarve with a wonderful boardwalk along it and many local walking paths nearby. Its wide range of bars and restaurants, from glamorous beach clubs to typical Portuguese restaurants, make it a perfect holiday destination for families, groups looking for a buzzing night life and the more nature minded mature guest.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

Standard deposit: €500 | Group deposit: €250 per person (payable by credit card only).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 persons.
However, it is possible to accept 1 more person who will be accommodated on extra beds.

We provide extras that meet your needs:

- Cot for only €21 per week;
- High chair for only €21 per week;
- Food Hampers: Small €45 / Medium €55 / Large €75 / Extra Large €90

All extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks before your arrival. You will receive a secure link created on our payment platform, and you must follow the instructions to complete the payment.


According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
