Wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 10 + 2), enjoying a prime location in Vale Pedras, Albufeira.

With a large private swimming pool and an amazing spacious garden, villa Hawai is within a short distance from the centre of downtown Albufeira, where there is a wide variety of stores, bars and restaurants, making this villa an excellent choice for families and friends looking to holiday in Albufeira.

On the ground floor of this Villa there are 2 bedrooms both of which have their own en-suite private bathrooms with shower cabins, 1 of them is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Also, on the ground floor this is a sizable separate kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a breakfast table, plus a laundry room with a washing machine and all your ironing facilities. From both the dining area with the large table and chairs to the lounge area with the TV and comfortable sofas, you have direct access to the relaxing outdoor area where you can enjoy sunbathing and fun dives in the private swimming pool, delighting both children and adults. This impressive villa is perfect for entertaining with friends and family and includes a traditional barbeque, exterior table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining.

On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its own private bathroom with a shower cabin, the other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, one has its own private bathroom also with a shower cabin and there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub.

Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

This Villa benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday, the best beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Pescadores is the closest 2.8 kms from the Villa) and for golf-lovers, there are several golf courses in the area, the closest being only a 5-minute drive away.

Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is Thursday.

Pool heating will always be an asset to your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no heating in the pool.
